  • Love the Dispatches

This podcast is educational and often soothing to listen to. I especially like the recent dispatch episodes which sound like listening to a friend talk about something they love. Hearing the horse chores happen in the background adds a wonderful ASMR type quality, Ć  la Slow Radio! Thank you, Carmen.

This is the podcast that got me listening to podcasts. I love Carmenā€˜s blend of personalized sharing, interviewing interesting humans, and caring for the nervous systems of listeners. I will often pop on an episode when I’m feeling a little lonely or disconnected, and by the end, I feel revived and realigned.

This is one of my most treasured and favourite podcasts. I’m so glad it exists. Thank you Carmen for sharing all the amazing information, and guests and stories you do. You ask the best questions and the conversations are so insightful. I love that the topics can go from tarot to collapse awareness and always in a way that my nervous system appreciates.
