Thank you Carmen,
Yea and I love hearing you with your horses and doing chores and maybe over sleepingš¤ real life, real concerns and inspiration. Your cue to take a moment and move our bodiesš¤ The MOST Helpful. I was sold on that oneā¤ļø Iām going to look into all your content especially the wheel of the yearšš
This podcast is educational and often soothing to listen to. I especially like the recent dispatch episodes which sound like listening to a friend talk about something they love. Hearing the horse chores happen in the background adds a wonderful ASMR type quality, Ć la Slow Radio! Thank you, Carmen.

You ask the best questions and the conversations are so insightful. I love that the topics can go from tarot to collapse awareness and always in a way that my nervous system appreciates.
