Thank you Rosalee, you continue to inspire and teach us. I loved my Rooted Medicine Circle course you offer, and this podcast simply expands and continues the infinite lessons of plants….a joy!
Rosalee opens up the world of herbalism to us, guided by curiosity, humility, and joy. I love the diversity of guests and the questions Rosalee asks that brings these conversations to life. Such an incredible wealth of herbal wisdom!
I’ve listened to them all (or all the Herbal podcasts that I can find) and this podcast remains one of my favorite. I love the way she interacts with her guests, the format of the show, and most of all the herbalists she chooses to bring on. Loved hearing the episode with my buddy Mason.
Much love Rosalee 💚🌿
I am very sad about this fact, but I am very sensitive to Ashwagandha as a night shade it caused acid reflux for me. I am sensitive to many foods and some night shades are worse than others. I love your show thanks for taking the time to teach me such amazing herbs. I have realized that I can’t use Ashadandha internally but love to use it as an oil infusion that I rub over my body with emphasis on my lymph nodes.
This truly is my favourite podcast. I look forward to new episodes but also love to re-listen to older ones. Each episode helps me approach a new herb with in-depth knowledge I wouldn’t get otherwise. And when I’m working with a client or friend, I find myself searching the back-episodes for confirmation on herbs that I’m thinking about for treatment protocols. I learn something new and exciting every time. Thank you Rosalee!
