I am very sad about this fact, but I am very sensitive to Ashwagandha as a night shade it caused acid reflux for me. I am sensitive to many foods and some night shades are worse than others. I love your show thanks for taking the time to teach me such amazing herbs. I have realized that I can’t use Ashadandha internally but love to use it as an oil infusion that I rub over my body with emphasis on my lymph nodes.
This truly is my favourite podcast. I look forward to new episodes but also love to re-listen to older ones. Each episode helps me approach a new herb with in-depth knowledge I wouldn’t get otherwise. And when I’m working with a client or friend, I find myself searching the back-episodes for confirmation on herbs that I’m thinking about for treatment protocols. I learn something new and exciting every time. Thank you Rosalee!
The most thoughtfully made podcast I have come across! Rosalee Is so personable and down to earth. The wisdom and information shared on her podcasts are truly enlightening. Thank you Rosalee!
I absolutely love Rosalee’s podcast and shows on YouTube. I have become enchanted by herbs and Rosalee and her guests describe everything that is needed without any fluff. Her book is also my “go to” book for herbs (and I have many!).
I cannot overstate how much I love the podcast and Rosalee’s books. I really have been inspired to make herbs a part of my daily life and to share with others. Listening to an episode is as soul supporting as spending time in the garden 💚
