  • Accessible and relational

Rosalee and her team bring not just a wealth of knowledge, but sincere invitations to be in relationship with yourself, the plants and the herbal community. Every single episode I learn so much, even about the herbs I think I already know. And! A bonus recipe card every episode?! What a treasure! I have a binder full of them and use them again and again. Such gifts that keep on giving to my community! And when Rosalee takes the extra time to research studies that help us understand the gifts of ... more

  • Wonderful Herbal Podcast

I’ve listened to them all (or all the Herbal podcasts that I can find) and this podcast remains one of my favorite. I love the way she interacts with her guests, the format of the show, and most of all the herbalists she chooses to bring on. Loved hearing the episode with my buddy Mason.

  • Ashwagandha

I am very sad about this fact, but I am very sensitive to Ashwagandha as a night shade it caused acid reflux for me. I am sensitive to many foods and some night shades are worse than others. I love your show thanks for taking the time to teach me such amazing herbs. I have realized that I can’t use Ashadandha internally but love to use it as an oil infusion that I rub over my body with emphasis on my lymph nodes.
