I’ve listened to them all (or all the Herbal podcasts that I can find) and this podcast remains one of my favorite. I love the way she interacts with her guests, the format of the show, and most of all the herbalists she chooses to bring on. Loved hearing the episode with my buddy Mason.
Much love Rosalee 💚🌿
I am very sad about this fact, but I am very sensitive to Ashwagandha as a night shade it caused acid reflux for me. I am sensitive to many foods and some night shades are worse than others. I love your show thanks for taking the time to teach me such amazing herbs. I have realized that I can’t use Ashadandha internally but love to use it as an oil infusion that I rub over my body with emphasis on my lymph nodes.
