  • Herbs are great

Just being told 100 times that you love lemon balm and that it is great doesn’t convince me. Data?

Great episode. I enjoy the podcast generally, but this is a hard topic and very well articulated. In Physiotherapy we call emotional attachment or psychological barriers to recovery yellow flags.

  • Medical Astrology

In you defense of Medical Astrology episode, it seems you went full circle to claiming your own dismissal of other types of astrology. I wonder where your opinion lies with more energetic treatments (ie Reiki, Ancestral Healing, DNA healing, etc). I remember you saying if a method has results and has existed for a long time, why dismiss it?

Q: What do you think prevents people from actually extending themselves out to be of service to the people in their community?
It's part of what I was saying before, in not having the business skills to stay safe and how to create a practice.
Energetics, Mutual Aid and the Future of Herbalism, an Interview with Kat Maier

I really wanted to reach low-income folks and urban folks and thought this perspective was needed for the herbal community to understand.
Interview with Pam Montgomery

It's our birthright to be a part of nature, and we have fallen into deep amnesia about our connection with it.
