We glorify finishing, the neat endings, the polished goodbyes, the stories that wrap up with a bow. But most endings aren't neat. They're quiet, messy, or gut-wrenching.

This one's for everyone who's ever been labelled "too loud, too direct, too intense, too much." In this episode I rant (lovingly) about:
• Why "too much" is rarely about you and always about them.
• Boundaries 101: you're not responsible for o... more
Ever feel like business is just one long game of "try this, ditch that, oh hell no not again"? In this episode, I share the very real highs and lows of experimenting with new platforms, specifically my fresh leap into Skool (yep, spelled S-K-O-O-L). more
After nearly 500 episodes, my podcast almost broke me. What started as pure joy, 100 episodes in 100 days, no rules, no pressure, slowly turned into a slog under the weight of "expert" advice. Thumbnails, guests, episode lengths, SEO, every new rule ... more

Super fun and real!! Breath of fresh air to listen to.
The most recent episode as of October 4, 2025, really resonated with me. I am also a podcaster and I have been struggling to do everything to push my podcast along, including following all of the guru advice! It’s definitely nice to hear someone else say that not all roads are for everyone and neither is all the advice!
First time listener to the nope coach and I got sucked in within one minute of the episode. First of all, I love the Aussie accent! Who’s not a sucker for a great Aussie accent? I just listened to the most recent episode about falling in love with your creative work and the thing I loved most about it is how she relates to her listeners. It was almost like she was speaking to me personally when she was talking about following your intuition. To end the episode , she talked about her “done “era, ... more
The Nope Coach is exactly what we all need a little bit more of. Suzanne is such a great host and brings humor and authenticity to every episode. This is definitely a must listen
I like to explore different self-help pods from time to time. I just loved how it just felt Suzanne and their message is coming from an honest place, an honest space. It just felt like I was striking a conversation with a stranger but one that catches you by surprise and you walk away feeling as if it were meant for you to meet that person and hear what message they had to deliver to you in that point in time, almost like life’s messenger.
