The Leaders & Legacies Podcast celebrates leaders who are making a difference beyond themselves. It was inspired from events in 2021 when the host, Craig Andrews went into a 6-week coma. Even after waking up, his brain was scrambled for another two weeks. When his mind cleared, his wife started telling him how his team stepped up and ran the company without him. Freelancers reached out to his team... more

A powerful and thought-provoking podcast that challenges leaders to look beyond personal success and focus on building a lasting legacy that impacts others.
I just finished listening to Episode 258 with Adam House and thought the interview was excellent. I really liked how you structured the show as I was hooked from the start. Hearing about Adam’s background and his perspective on navigating entrepreneurship in areas where you may not have expertise was especially insightful. You also did a great job covering both themes in your title around leadership and legacy.

I just finished listening to the episode you did with Marquesse. First of all, the information was great and so valuable in a world where fatherhood is often downplayed. I like that you gave him time to explore the ideas and explain them. Sometimes podcast hosts can talk too much during interviews and I feel like it takes away from what the guest is sharing. I’m looking forward to hearing what else you’ve recorded.
After listening you can gain a better understanding of the lives, trials and tribulations of others. Solid podcast!
