Whitney has so much light and knowledge to offer the world on such a wide range of topics. She ensures her content is research-based and enjoyable for any background. She truly inspires me to continually grow and work towards becoming the best version of myself, while giving myself grace and loving others along the way.
What an incredible topic, and what a hard topic!
Beautiful views and loaded with information for self help and seeking help. I highly recommend Whitney and her podcast she is down to earth, says what she feels and her soul is beautiful, love the sass and intelligence mixed together, thoroughly enjoyed the entire show. I will be a regular listener! Thank you Whitney and your guest!

Whitney as a human being is just incredible. She’s sweet, kind, caring. But Whitney as a host has those qualities and much more. She talks about hard topics with real meaning. She wants to be diverse and make people open up and talk about real and raw feelings. This is a great podcast and I truly love it.🙏🏼🙏🏼
She brings out the best of people in her interviews helping to guide her audience learn and grow from her experiences. 5 stars all the way!
