  • Meditation is great for our mojo

Loved the conversation between Rich and our meditation teacher Jillian. Series 5, ep 3. A wonderful, clear, insightful, inspiring conversation, on what meditation is and it’s benefits are and why it works. As a meditator of 6 years, this conversation further embedded my belief on what an effortless and valuable daily practice this is in our lives.

In fact, towards the end, we had an epiphany over the origins of his sleep issues… I am sure this came about thanks to being in an unusually relaxed and positive mindset around the topic, thanks to the tone of the pod. An amazing resource - thank you so much ... more
