Very insightful! Wonderful voice.
I’m loving this podcast!
As someone who was intentionally single for five years before meting the love of her life (at age 41), I’m a big fan of self-love and intentionality. In each episode, Lauren Jean offers practical suggestions and honest acknowledgement of what it’s really like to be a woman over 40 who’s ready to put herself first while remaining open to real love.
