Excellent variety for those planning to retire. Useful for young people as well. Mellifluous and clear. Guest speakers interesting. Content well summarized at the end of each episode.

This is my go-to retirement planning podcast and the one I recommend to friends nearing retirement or already there. Insightful host asks deep questions of the world’s best retirement experts. Something inspiring and good takeaways in every episode.

This show centers on retirement as a design problem rather than a financial endpoint. Episodes explore second acts, encore careers, and purposeful aging through stories of reinvention, health, and everyday resilience. Guests range from former media executives and physicians to authors and entrepreneurs, all sharing practical frameworks for testing new chapters, building meaningful routines, and designing life after work with curiosity, gratitude, and community at the core. A standout throughline is reframing retirement as an ongoing design process—prioritizing impact, relationships, and personal growth over traditional notions of stopping work.
