A podcast for True Sons of Gondor by a True Son of Gondor. No need to learn the meaning of haste when listening to this podcast. 10/10 banger
This guy is a nerd. In a good way 😎
How great to find a Tolkien podcast which delves into the thematic richness of the works but eschews the faddish pseudo-intellectualism (and contemporary political agendas) that has infected Tolkien scholarship like the Black Breath.
I found it through Well Earned Comforts - likewise the excellent article on Sauron’s shenanigans in Numenor. Only negative is the small number of episodes. I’d love to hear MiddleEarthMixr on Prancing Pony Podcast or such like.
I am only a few episodes in, but I love taking the time to really dig into the meat of the books to understand what is truly being said.
As a Tolkien fan I have read The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, The Silmarillion, The Children of Hurin, Beren and Luthien, and am currently in The Fall of Gondolin.
