This podcast is so good! An intentionally slow stroll through Scripture brings it to life in such a different way. Hearing the context and background gives Scripture it’s teeth back and is way more gripping and meaningful than the world expects. more
The episode on Matthew with divorce was very important however, someone needs to explain where this idea of annulment comes from? If it’s only sacramental valid marriages that matter why is St John upset about the pagan marriage of Herod? This suggests that every marriage counts.
