Really enjoying this podcast - a true crime told incredibly well, I can visualise the scenes and feel the tension too. Highly recommend.
Amazing story, hard to imagine the actions and miscalculations of these drug smugglers.
Only a few episodes in and I'm hooked. A podcast about North Korean drug trafficking wouldn't typically catch my attention. But this came highly recommended, and after just a few episodes, I understand why. This compelling tale provides an unusual view into the hermit kingdom via the crew/smugglers of the Pong Su — as they face heavy seas, Australian investigators, and likely worse fates back in NOKO if they fail.
I am an avid podcaster - have listened to hundreds and this is one of the best ones! Well done. A work of art, extraordinary story, reporting and all round experience for me. Thank you so much
Just popped back to listen to the April 2021 update. I found the podcast series very interesting, Thankyou! We would never know about these interesting cases if they weren’t bought to us on podcasts.
