Great show for any MTR hosts. This is the show you want to binge. They cover everything from what should be in your lease to how to stay booked. The host are knowledgeable and their guests are varied. If there is one complaint it can feel a little like a commercial at times but it is for something you want!

I listen to every show because of how they make it interesting. I do wish they would go deeper into the numbers within the story (cost for cleaning teams, insurance, profit margins, etc.).
