I enjoy Steven's take on coaching and individual performance. His insights on the mental aspect of training as well as practical ideas for improving performance are very helpful.
I’m so glad I’ve found this podcast. I’m brand new to triathlon and I’ve signed up to a full Ironman in Youghal 2020. I now know that it’s a huge undertaking and I need all the help I can get to be ready to finish but the knowledge I’ve picked up from your guests is reassuring to me and I feel I’ll definitely finish well inside the cut off time.
I listen to this while training for my next IM.
I find the episodes both motivational and insightful!
