  • Amazing!

Journaling is a gift to ourselves and others. As Kendall shares her heart she also shares prompts, resources (buy the pens, they are SO good), and witness to the power of our own thoughts and prayers. These are short, no hours long commitments- completely different from anything I have ever heard. SO GOOD!

  • So relatable!

I already love this podcast. My journaling practice sounds a lot like Kendall’s which gave her instant credibility! I love journaling and always looking for ways to deepen the process instead of go through the motions. She has so many great ways to utilize journaling however it will best serve your current needs. I’ve not just listened myself but I also have sent it to others!
