    I recently discovered this podcast and want to thank you for your work and words of encouragement. I tried a class at GB a couple years ago and never went back. After warm up the entire class was spent with a purple belt on top of me with his legs wrapped around mine. He told me the entire class was going to be me trying to escape from the bottom. He laughed at me as repeatedly failed. I made it through the class, but was gassed out to the point of being seriously dizzy. After that experience I ... more
