I recently discovered this podcast and want to thank you for your work and words of encouragement. I tried a class at GB a couple years ago and never went back. After warm up the entire class was spent with a purple belt on top of me with his legs wrapped around mine. He told me the entire class was going to be me trying to escape from the bottom.
