  • Good humor and great jiu jitsu content

Josh is doing a great job of hosting a wide array of quality guests while also doing many creative and fun solo episodes full of amusing insights. I e been I produced to many great people through exposure on the show and I’ll always be grateful.

Let’s also note only 1 star review is from someone that clearly doesn’t understand humor at all, which is a mess as art component for enjoying the show properly.

I'm a blue belt and listened to every episode. Honestly I wasn't into it that much at first but Josh's knowledge, humor, and how he mispronounces soo many things, grows on you. Haha. I wish everyone would listen to this as Josh will help you be a better training partner and improve the way you train.
