  • Absolutely love it and I don’t even do BJJ!

Just two down to earth Aussie blokes who are smart, funny and wise.

Perfect for when I’m feeling curious and want to learn more about martial arts, fitness and movement, and for when I just want to kick back and chuckle along to a quality conversation.

My favourite episode is definitely ‘BJJ techniques for fighting crackheads’. I found it thoroughly informative🕵️‍♂️

  • Simple & fun advice yet thought provoking advise

New to the BJJ but a veteran martial artist in other arts, the topics discussed here are diverse, impartial and have broaden my horizons on BJJ. The guys are humorous, witty and are a joy to listen to. Conversations are balanced and informative. If you have a question, chances are that they’ve been discussed on Bulletproof for BJJ. Keep up the great work chaps.
