A great podcast for any grappler wanting to get strong , smash your training partners and stay on the mats! As a 56 year old purple belt, who has lifted weights for 40 years, I find the content on this podcast to be both informative and delivered with a great sense of humor at times! Can’t wait for each episode to drop ! If you want to smash your training partner and hear “Dude, you are strong!” Then this is the podcast for you!!

I submitted a question that was read on the show. I was really impressed with how well they were able to give advice. These guys have a really good incite into the sport. Whether you train at an old school traditional gym or a more relaxed gym.

From their insider advice on injury prevention (thank you!) to making mobility cool (I swear it’s possible), it’s all here and somehow genuinely fun to listen to. Whethe... more
