I thought after losing my 54 year old brother then 51 year old sister 4 months later and then 4 months later losing my dad I would get a break for a while. Then losing our job and moving 4000 kms away from our loved ones on top of that was enough to grow from for a while. Then 3 weeks ago another big trauma and listening to this podcast made me see !!!!
