The hosts sound super knowledgeable and are pleasant to listen to. However, the constant usage of phrases like “people who become parents” (when talking about motherhood-specific things) or “body-feeding” (but then immediately saying “with sore breasts”… ok so breastfeeding) is very off-putting. Gender-neutral language is not something we see overtaking men’s health spaces. Why try to erase all mention of women from something that uniquely belongs to us?

These midwives are so incredibly knowledgeable, capable, and interesting. It’s clear that they are truly expert at what they do and passionate in serving women at such a crucial point in life. I enjoy listening to their podcast because of their obvious expertise- but also because they cover such a wide range of topics!
I loved the mix of content these midwives provide! Inspiring birth stories, information by concise topic, and a window into midwifery care!
