Just listened to a bunch of episodes. I am researching grief podcasts and this one is up there with the best. I love the approach and the goals and I think anyone who is grieving will find this informative and comforting.
I wish that I had been into podcasts back in 2016 when my dad died. These are the conversations and the information that we need to share. Thank you so much!
As someone who just this week lost her younger brother at 31, I’m learning how to navigate a totally new-to-me grief process. I’ve been wrestling with the heaviness of grief, and I thank you for giving us permission to be vulnerable and to embrace hope too throughout this journey. I especially found episode 60 to be helpful. Thank you for what you do, it matters ❤️❤️❤️
