Jessica’s real world, down to earth, authenticity is so refreshing in a world of social media highlight reels. Her “Going Scared” podcast inspires me to be real and honest. I don’t have to be perfect before moving forward. I can admit being scared and still go forward. Jessica and her guests are a God-sent oasis in a desert of unrealistic expectations set by social media. Thank you for being real, going scared, and making a difference, Jessica! You inspire me to do the same.
I put off listening to podcasts for a long time, even as they grew in popularity, because I was worried I’d end up taking on unhealthy advice (something I’m cautious of).
This podcast has been nothing but a source of encouragement and truth! I love the way things are broken down into series. For me, it makes the impact of the topic sink in deeper. I listen while I exercise and am surprised how much the time, doing something I don’t really love, flies by as I soak in each episode.
I love how digestible, actionable, and fun these podcasts are. Just finished up the Habits series - wow! So good. Will definitely be revisiting some of these later. The length is perfect, and I always learn something new about myself or ways I can shift my focus/take new action. One of my favorite podcasts!
I love these short and sweet nuggets of wisdom! A great listen!
So often as women we want everyone to see the finished product! Jessica isn’t afraid to peel it back, be vulnerable and build a brighter tomorrow!
