  • Keystone concepts

I was interested in the benefits of ESOP and the practical challenges to setting one up. This is the only podcast I’ve found talking about this and other employee owned company concepts. I feel anyone who wants to sell their company should consider if this is the right fit for them. I believe everyone deserves to have a basic understanding of what working with different levels of employee ownership might be like and how that becomes possible.
