  • Transformative, grounded and deeply inspiring

Listening to this episode felt like a breath of fresh air. From the first moment I tuned in, I felt pulled into a conversation that genuinely honors the complexity of leadership, yet refuses to stop at the surface.

Inside a Viral Kickstarter Journey and Product Launch Story with Lisa Simone Richards
Q: The journey of the Kickstarter campaign and launching the product—what were the key turning points?
Key turning points included recognizing the value of community support, navigating the 'all-or-nothing' funding model, and ultimately reaching 100% funding just days before the campaign ended, which validated the approach and energized ongoing product development.
Why Your Face Is Your Brand (And How to Use It to Win Clients) with Daniel Wakefield
Q: Tell us more about some of those first steps that were helpful for you in terms of networking and finding your first clients.
In the early days, I realized simply having a website wasn't enough, so I started attending in-person networking lunches and, at the same time, built my presence on LinkedIn. I focused on relationship-building rather than hard sales, sharing helpful, informative content that demonstrated my expertise and gradually grew a following, which eventually translated into client inquiries.

Q: Amy, what is an empowered woman to you?
An empowered woman is someone who knows herself, centers herself, is curious about herself, and pours into herself so she can shine confidently wherever she goes.
How AI Is Turning Travel Memories into Income by Transforming Photos and Notes into Bookable Itineraries with Nancy Li Smith
Q: What were the main challenges you faced launching Boop, especially as a woman founder in AI?
The hardest step was taking the leap from a safe income to building a company; I leveraged a strong network, including influential women, to validate the idea and gain mentors, and I built a community to empower other women through travel tastemaking.
