Listen to the podcast just for Emily’s soothing voice. In all seriousness, I find this podcast so helpful and relatable! My favorite episodes are belief systems and feeling an emotion where Emily actually walks you through an exercise to release tension and anxiety from your body. Her advice, persona, and charm really is so soothing and I always look forward to this podcast!
