  • Blossoming Superstar - Been a fan since the former podcast!

Jordan knows what he’s doing and is going to give you an unbiased interview that you’ll take away something regardless of why you’re listing. I’ve followed his work for more than a decade now and remember when he made the difficult change to branch out on his own. Not sure if he’ll ever see this review, but personally, if you listen back on the first couple episodes, you can hear the doubt. It’s beautiful to hear where he is now, and I really should follow his lead. So much love for you Jordan! ... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

1376: Sean Hemeon | The Good Little Drug Lord
Q: What was the moment you realized you needed help and might be headed toward rehab?
The realization came after a cascade of dangerous choices, a rock-bottom moment following the chaotic events around the death of a young man, which led to a decision to seek help and confront the consequences with family support.
1371: Showed Intent to Roam, so In-Laws Stole Home | Feedback Friday
Q: What personal steps can the caller take to rebuild after these events?
Prioritize stability: secure a job, protect finances, maintain contact with your son, and seek therapy or counseling; use relationship-building and six-minute networking to reestablish support, and document everything while avoiding further unwritten agreements.
1371: Showed Intent to Roam, so In-Laws Stole Home | Feedback Friday
Q: Should the caller pursue unemployment benefits against the nonprofit employer, and what steps should they take?
Document all training deficiencies and employment issues, gather medical and emotional distress records, consult an employment attorney for a free consultation, and understand state rules on unemployment qualifications; filing may be possible if termination or poor performance criteria apply.
1371: Showed Intent to Roam, so In-Laws Stole Home | Feedback Friday
Q: What are the caller's legal options if the deed transfer was not properly documented?
Consult a real estate attorney to review potential remedies, consider the possibility of breach of contract under oral agreement, and preserve all evidence to support any claim; a professional can advise on potential lawsuits or quiet title actions.
1369: Trepanation & Castration | Skeptical Sunday
Q: How dangerous is trepanation, even when done by a medical professional?
Even with professional expertise, trepanation carries high risks and historically had mortality rates; modern craniotomy is much safer due to sterile technique, anesthesia, and antibiotics, but the old procedure was extremely hazardous.
