  • I came to the Jordan Harbinger Show about 3 months ago when AI recommended it as a similar podcast to Modern Wisdom, DOAC, JRE, Danny Jones, Rich Roll, and Finding Mastery. It immediately felt like one of these, while also standing apart as its own oeuvre.

Jordan and Gabe keep me coming back. Their dynamic is genuinely rare. The guest selection is consistently multifaceted and well curated, and I learn something meaningful from every conversation, and notably has added to my quality of life in ... more

  • Perspective influenced every time

A thoughtful colleague paid Jordan a solid by sharing the show with me. After the first episode I heard, I clicked subscribe. The perspectives and thinking he brings through his broad guest list challenge my thinking and perspective on current events and things as simple as the alphabet and hydration. Even if I fundamentally disagree to the guest’s perspective, I remain open to understanding. Thanks JH for bringing us this great content.

  • Religiously listening to handsome boy 1 & 2 🙌🏻

Jordan and Gabe have honestly become like my two big brothers. 😂❤️ Listening to the show feels like sitting down with someone who genuinely wants you to understand people, the world, and yourself a little better.

Every episode teaches me something new—whether it’s psychology, relationships, history, business, or just a completely different way of looking at life. I love how curious Jordan is and how he asks the questions I would want to ask.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

1369: Trepanation & Castration | Skeptical Sunday
Q: How dangerous is trepanation, even when done by a medical professional?
Even with professional expertise, trepanation carries high risks and historically had mortality rates; modern craniotomy is much safer due to sterile technique, anesthesia, and antibiotics, but the old procedure was extremely hazardous.
1369: Trepanation & Castration | Skeptical Sunday
Q: What motivates people to consider trepanation despite the risks?
People with chronic headaches, migraines, or severe epilepsy may be drawn to trepanation as a desperate measure when conventional treatments fail, or because of myths about relief and increased consciousness, despite little evidence supporting its effectiveness.
1357: Dr. William Li | Working with Your Body to Beat Disease Naturally
Q: What role does diet play in shaping these defense systems?
Diet provides substrates that nourish gut bacteria, which in turn modulate inflammation, immunity, and even gene expression; plants rich in polyphenols and fiber can support anti-inflammatory pathways and healthier aging.
1357: Dr. William Li | Working with Your Body to Beat Disease Naturally
Q: How realistic are these peptide therapies and gray-market treatments that people hear about?
Peptides and other advanced therapies show real biological promise, but safety, dosing, and sourcing are major concerns. They are not ready for prime time for unsupervised use, and rigorous testing and regulation are essential.
1357: Dr. William Li | Working with Your Body to Beat Disease Naturally
Q: You opened the book saying something unsettling about cancer; can you explain what you mean by that?
Cancer starts long before it's diagnosed; the body forms cancerous cells continuously, and cancer becomes a problem when the body's defenses fail to remove them. Strengthening these defenses—immune responses, DNA repair, and vascular regulation—can keep cancer in check and sometimes reverse progression.
