I love that Kai provides such an abundant amount of knowledge related to sleep. So much of what she talks about is relatable and I love that she provides free and helpful information on how to get started towards making a change. I will definitely be using her tips and tricks for my almost 5 year old and my newborn. Thanks for providing all of this awesome

I am a mom of two- 3 yr old boy and 7 month old boy and I feel like each episode literally is speaking right to me! Kai is very easy to listen to and I appreciate the way she breaks it down in a down to earth way.. I especially enjoyed the “5 myths” episode as I definitely thought many were true 🙈 Thank you for your awesome content, Kai!
Listening to this podcast weekly is such a great reminder to keep my kids sleep a top priority, I’m more mindful of appropriate wake windows now and that has been a game changer!
The pacifier episode made me thing of what is the adult equivalent of a pacifier? My cell phone! If someone threw our phones out we’d be a mess 😅 that mindset has helped me be more patient with my little ones.
Thank you for all these helpful sleep tips Kai!
As the mother of a baby who wasn’t sleeping through the night, I have found this show to be super interesting and helpful. It has given me a lot to consider and apply at home!

I have three kids and did not sleep train with the first two. I have vowed to do better with the third. This podcast has been so helpful and insightful. It’s also so great to hear how another mom went through this journey. Reminds me I’m not crazy and I’m not alone with this struggle!
As a mother of two, I find sleep training to be one of the most difficult challenges I’ve come across. Each time a listen to one of these podcasts, I always walk away with a new tip or trick to implement into my kiddos sleep schedule. They leave me feeling like I’m not alone in the daily struggles of sleep. Give them a listen you won’t be disappointed.
As a grandmother of 2 beautiful little girls I only knew the ‘old’ way of doing things, and after learning so much from Kai about how to ensure good sleeping patterns for children it’s made a HUGE difference. I wish I had this resource when I had young children, because I think it would’ve made bedtime much easier and less stressful for all concerned. Thanks Kai, for teaching this old timer a new way to have great success with bedtime for kids!

Super helpful! Also, Kai is my wife, so she would probably kill me if I wasn’t the first one to leave her a review here on Apple Podcasts. But in all seriousness - her podcast is great!
As a new mom-to-be, listening to this podcast is so helpful in getting me prepared for what I need to know! I’m so grateful and can’t wait to listen to more!
