I have been looking for podcasts during this lockdown period around self improvement and thinking processes. After stumbling across the black belt in thinking podcast, I learnt so much in the few episodes I listened to! The podcast has experts in the field that not only explain their tools/process but also give you a first step example about how to apply it straight away into your every day life. Would recommend this podcast!!
