  • Coping mechanisms for mental health

Fascinating and informative discussion about mental health during COVID-19. The comparisons between the trauma experienced by military personnel and those NHS key workers helping to battle the pandemic, was both interesting and terrifying.

  • Applied, useful and innovative

This podcast is really supportive and engaging for all healthcare professionals and whilst I’m not managing patients on the front line, it certainly helps us to believe that there can be some growth out of this COVID episode and highlights the importance of simple things - like a good nights sleep! more

This was such an informative lesson about the very real mental health challenges that doctors may face on the frontline against coronavirus. It also offers many practical tips on how to support anyone who might be struggling, or to spot signs that you may not be coping. 5 stars.
