Love the vulnerability, depth and passion shared in this podcast. Women need these conversations!
So much of what Hallie talks about it what I’m feeling. Life in midlife is such a strange place at times and I feel like she’s going through it with me. Interesting and relatable topics.
Loved this week’s episode. Hallie has such a beautiful way of expressing feelings so many of us share.
The AWEd life is a great place for learning more about health and wellness. I’ve particularly enjoyed Hallie’s podcasts on mental health and alcohol reduction and am thrilled to hear more discussion of these for overall health. Highly recommend!
Love the podcast, very inspiring!
