  • uninformed but also boring

I tried. I listened to several episodes after seeing one of the hosts make some funny vids on TikTok. It’s so much rambling, hardly ever getting to the point, and not very smart. I could handle dumb if it were at least funny and entertaining…but it’s not.

  • Reformed Cool Girl

Just listened, had an epiphany that I played the low maintenance sister to the “cool girl” archetype in my young adult years. I’m 57 now and I can tell you from experience that it will always backfire. Cool girls pull in narcissistic, toxic men who only want to use them. Your insights in this episode will open a lot of eyes. Sharing with my daughters now!

  • For the girls

I love you guys. Yall validate my female rage. Yall make this a safe space to let me feel the way I feel. I am a young southern woman who still lives in the south, who has been forced into this anti woman society. Thank you thank you thank you. It’s so hard to find women like me around here. So I try to find it elsewhere and I’ve FOUND YALL. Much love from Nashville. I love love love yall. Dark triad anyone?

  • Awful faux feminism

Absolute trash takes wrapped in reasonable dressing. Instead of talking about collective liberation, these posers make feminism into a war of genders. It’s pathetic and weak minded. This podcast should be drop kicked into the stratosphere.

  • Empowering and enlightening

I learn something new every week from their discussions through their legitimate research, life experiences, and also their general attitudes. All 3 of them are the kind of women I aspire to be. They all bring their own beliefs, fears, and morals to the table and it’s fascinating! I hope this show continues to grow and more brave women (and brave men) realize that none of this is radical. If we opened our eyes for real, we’d see the world for what it is and how unequal things are on every level.... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Womanhood On YOUR OWN Terms!
Q: Are men getting meaner and angrier, or are they just being awful to me now because I'm getting older?
It's less about age and more about overall societal anger and how men project their feelings onto others. Rudeness is often a reflection of their issues, not your worth.
Modern Witch Hunts (feat. Therese Lee)
Q: What was the significance of the 19th Amendment?
It was a crucial step in recognizing women as political players and a counter to the systems trying to suppress them based on historical womanhood narratives.
Modern Witch Hunts (feat. Therese Lee)
Q: How do the witch hunts relate to the Women's movement today?
They are indicative of how society treats women who challenge gender norms and autonomy, often labeling them negatively.
Escaping Religious Patriarchy
Q: How can a woman safely reject a man both physically and mentally?
There is no number one safest answer, so it's important to figure out what works for you, whether that's pretending to be scared or using tactics like a Google number for safety.
Beware Of The Emotional Vampire!
Q: Why do men insist on re-traumatizing you in ways that you've previously been traumatized?
Men often do this because they see your vulnerabilities as points to exploit, and many are more focused on testing limits than genuinely caring for you. They can be childish and see relationships as a game where they test what they can get away with.
