    If you only have time to listen to 1 podcast, listen to this one. As a woman listening I found myself nodding along in agreement, gasping in surprise and shaking with anger and horror. Some episodes have lead to reflections on my own behaviors - why did I do that? What’s behind that action/feeling/reaction? Hearing Katie and Jay have wonderfully calm voices that help ease the listener into some pretty harsh topics and conversations.
