Pretty sure I first heard AP as a guest on Seriah Azkath’s “Where Did The Road Go?”, (which to me is the gold standard of modern paranormal podcasts). When I heard AP had his own pod, I started checking it out. It features many of the same guests so I liked it right away. AP’s style is a little more laid back, more humorous, and more relaxed. I enjoy the show, and along with WDTRG and Tim Binnall’s “Binnall of America” pod, AP’s show has become one of my go-to listens that I often look forward t... more
I must first disclose I am related to Stephanie, The Best Older Sister. Ever!
I enjoy the alternate point of view Matt et al provide in every episode which has expanded my understanding of alternative understanding. Having a background in adult education I always am curious to suss out the ways of knowing and foundational belief systems persons employ. And, yes, those ladies were soooper lost and scared. I just needed a minute to finish up.
I mean, I listen to many podcasts about the weird, and The AP Strange Show has quickly become one of the best!
A fun and informative podcast !
A mere 3 minutes into the 1st episode AP displays his podcast dominance by pronouncing Ypsilanti correctly. I know some great podcasts with a terrible first episode. This is not one of them. This one is a banger! Great guest and terrific conversation. Bonus points for the reference to his Parsons research which is what made me a fan of his blog, and then for the plug for Worcester’s Turtle-boy. AP delivers!
