    Two episodes in and I’ve cried like four times. Getting back into therapy and trying to keep up with a journalling or mental health self-care routine feels so overwhelming when you’re pondering the horrors, so it can be really easy to do nothing and dissociate.   • Might be my new favorite

    I recently discovered this podcast on a whim when I was searching anxiety relief. Usually, I have to search around and listen to a few episodes before I can decide if I can connect with their content, however, the very first episode that I listened to was surprisingly exactly what I wanted. I love the simplicity of the intro, the speed and clarity of the audio, but most importantly, how she uses her personal life experiences as examples.     I love how she explains things in a way that are easy to understand and identify with. The 15-20 minute podcasts are just the right length to get valuable information on a certain topic without it being too much all at once. She’s amazing!
