Nice to hear from real conservatives on economics finally push back on the libertarian consensus on the right that has existed mostly unchallenged for the last 30-40 years. So much of what is called conservatism today in popular media is actually libertarianism not conservatism.
A refreshing viewpoint that makes listeners think about another take on economic conservatism that pushes the boundaries of the conservative status quo. It’s nice to hear someone willing to have a conversation about new approach.
Podcast from grifters looking to make a buck off a manufactured shift in policy attitudes on the right. Planning is planning, whether it’s from ppl we like or not.
The first episode with Senator Hawley was great. The ideas shared represent a new way forward for American conservatism that abandons the Washington consensus of “economic piety.” The the conditions and opportunities of American workers and families shouldn’t be ignored in favor of cheaper flat screen TVs. The audio of the podcast, though, was not great. It sounded fluffy and the volume was a bit low.
