I love the flow of these conversations. Lee doesn’t sugarcoat addiction or recovery.
This show is very helpful. It focuses on helping a lot of people to walk away from their drinking habits. Lee's insights and story give you the mindset and motivation to move on and have a better life.
I have just woken up with a hangover and my husband (who gave up drinking a year ago) has informed me what I said to him and it wasn’t very nice. So I came across your pod cast 37 and have decided as off now, I am stopping as everything you said is how I feel. There are so many things I want to do but don’t because I am frightened I will loose my friends and family etc. I will let you know how I get on thank you
I would encourage anyone who is not happy with their relationship with alcohol to listen to these podcasts. There are loads of them. The author is straight talking honest and really get into the issues others just glance over. Well done Lee. Keep Striving.
