  • Love the podcast, hate the con

Podcast is informative. Started to sound like a sales pitch at the ADPIcon. They teamed up with VA claim insider, who has a shady business practice. ADPI just lost its way.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

He Walked Away at 12 Years… Because the “Safe Path” Was a Trap
Q: Why is community impact part of your real estate thesis?
Because revitalizing towns and improving tenants' lives creates a sustainable ecosystem where residents, investors, and local stakeholders all benefit, and it aligns with my broader mission of helping veterans transition through entrepreneurship.
He Walked Away at 12 Years… Because the “Safe Path” Was a Trap
Q: How did you move from a single rental to a scalable, multi-unit strategy?
I started with a live-in flip in Idaho, then joined a capital-raising role, and finally partnered on a seven-unit deal with seller financing, which demonstrated the viability of working with a team and leveraging seller terms to scale.
He Walked Away at 12 Years… Because the “Safe Path” Was a Trap
Q: What moment caused you to rethink the traditional military-to-civilian career path?
Leaving after 12 years and realizing I could shape my own fate beyond the system, plus the clarity from seeing a supporting network and the potential of real estate as both a business and a community-building tool, shifted my perspective toward entrepreneurship.
From Military Service to Financial Freedom: Seneca Peña-Collazo on Real Estate, Reputation, and Building the Right Team
Q: Can you share the turning moment when you decided to go all in on real estate and entrepreneurship?
COVID created time for reflection and forced a clearer plan; once the decision was made, the path to scale began with learning from the ADPI community and leveraging available resources to take incremental steps toward larger deals.
From Trailer Park Rock Bottom to $60M in Mobile Home Parks (Marine Veteran Story)
Q: Tell us about your first big commercial deal and how it came about.
I began researching and talking to mobile home park owners within a two-hour radius, eventually getting one to agree to owner financing, which led to my first big deal.
