  • Worth a Listen (or 2)

Absolutely love listening to Jay and his guests. The questions are well thought out and that leads to engaging conversations. Most episodes require a second listen as there is so much to take in. Jay has a way of connecting with his guests that is authentic and brings out vulnerability in others. The themes covered means there is something in here for everyone.
