I loved the variety of stories and thoughtful discussions they are able to showcast
Story Etc. is a fabulous perspective on the stories we know and love so well. Every episode is diverse and intriguing in its delivery and the mix of performance, discussion, and interviews makes it one of the most unique podcasts I’ve had the pleasure of listening to. I look forward to each new episode. Can not recommend enough.
I really love this show - got so absorbed that I chose to walk up and down a street to listen to an episode instead of going back inside! It’s thoughtful, creative and empathetic. Strongly recommended!!
Smart conversations about fiction--how it's made, why it works, the way language, sound, history, emotions and all the other pieces come together to engage an audience--combined with varied, vibrant short stories on the theme.
Interesting and thought provoking examination of stories and their themes
Tackling such a broad theme is tough, but the folks at Crowley & Co do it masterfully. Various interviews and short performances keeps it interesting throughout. Absolutely love this podcast!
This is a wonderful exploration of what goes into strong storytelling, coming at each episodes theme from multiple angles, with a variety of interesting guests and story examples.
I love this! Both episodes have been so well structured and so full of things I love that it's as though someone designed them for me. Great stories from the arts, and theatre in particular, with a play included. I'm fascinated by myths and could listen to Thalassa again and again. Can't wait to see what the next episodes will bring.
