I have loved this show since it was released. The interviewers choose exceptional women runners, both past and present, who are changing the sport. The interviews are thorough and interesting, and they shed light on how these women are helping the sport move forward for us all. There are so many terrific and untold or undertold stories of groundbreaking women runners, and this show is helping to close that gap.
