I’ve been interested in learning more about real estate. I was always under the assumption you buy the property, and the tenants pay you to live there. I knew there was a little more involved than that, but I figured the relationship between owner and tenant was pretty minimal. After listening though, it seems to keep tenants happy and money flowing, you must stay active and involved in the tenants needs. A small but very important lesson! I look forward to more great lessons!
