Bec first heard Derek Sivers on the Tim Ferriss podcast, and was immediately interested in this countercultural person who sold a multimillion dollar company and then moved to New Zealand to do something completely different. He’s interested in learn... more

Writer Junot Diaz said: “When the world is burning, spending a little time with one’s people — in our case: book lovers — is no small gift, precisely because the world is burning.” So that’s what we did with ... more
Having spent a week at the Cannes Film Festival, we are now in withdrawal. Nat’s watching Marvel shows with her guys — and though she loves a good action TV show, she's missing the nuance. Bec is filling the hole with The Pitt — with a beefier Noah W... more

Subscribe now, ask questions later. So glad I connected with Nat and B on Twitter. Dove into an episode this morning and truly enjoyed the flow of the show. Not only did I enjoy the flow as if I was a fly on the wall but I appreciated the fact that golden nuggets were extracted and sprinkled throughout the episode. Tap in!!!
Reframeables is a fun but sincere & very smart podcast about navigating the messy complexities of being an adult on this strange journey called life. What I love is how the show offers a bunch of fascinating perspectives through which to see personal ordeals but is never prescriptive. The cohosts are sisters & their obv chemistry is the engine that makes this podcast so wonderful.
Their mutual love for each other is like a fountain overflowing. Two sisters, different in perspective and personality, are united in deep and illuminating values—about life’s purpose, family, love. Not so much about cooking…
Their interactions with each other, with their unique guests, reframe “sibling rivalry”, transform it into sometimes beautiful, always engaging, connection, the excesses of which are gifts passed onto us, their weekly eager listeners.
Love the concept for this show! AND I even got to meet this duo in person at Podcast Movement. Listen if you love sister-sister dynamics :)

That this podcast came to life during a Global Pandemic, when we are desperate for long chats with girlfriends over big and small issues to discuss is just so timely. On every episode so far, I find myself cheering for both women and laughing so hard along with them. While these sisters are really different from each ot... more
