It’s so refreshing to be able to listen to difficult conversations held with realism and humour. Loved it!!
Really awesome podcast that is both entertaining and informative. They cover lots of important and helpful topics, but in a fun and lighthearted way. Everyone can benefit from listening.
Have really been enjoying this season and I love how fun Paulie makes these topics that are both large and small, so accessible and enjoyable to listen to. Big fan! Here for the ride.
It's so good to have an outlet. I'm a typical man who has a tendency to keep his thoughts and feelings to himself and this feels like a kind voice in my head that encourages me to be better and ask for help.
Season 3 has been fantastic. A serious, but accessible, discussion of challenging topics with plenty of (needed) lighthearted moments. I hope more people find this podcast. We all benefit from discussions like this.
Loved listening to it on my way home. Funny, Thoughtful and an Authentic way to discuss mental health. The Latest episode is incredible. We all need advice on “boundaries”. Great takeaways.
It just keeps getting better and better. Hard to discuss topics with fun, lighthearted spirit and concrete takeaways. Regardless of age, or gender, this podcast is awesome.
I could listen to their voices forever! Great show with a lot of insight you typically have to pay money for. I love how dynamic both Paulie and Victoria are, and the differences they bring. Topics have been the perfect little piece to chew over and view in a new light
Best breath of fresh air you are going to get! If laughter is the best medicine then this podcast is the miracle drug. Insightful and always the perfect blend of humor and help.
Paulina and Victoria are so freaking amazing. I love the topics they discuss and how they normalize life… they’re both hilarious and wow. I’m obsessed with this podcast
This funny and insightful program is a breath of fresh air in the often stale field of mental health. The hosts use a blend of humour and self-reflection to help listeners gain insight and understanding into complex topics. Ending each show with tangible and simple skills that individuals can apply to their everyday lives. I think this is a must listen to for anyone who has questions about mental health or how address, handle, and understand someone else’s struggle!
Such impactful content. Woah! So impressed
Laughing has absolutely NO SIDE EFFECTS and these women are hilarious
Super helpful pearls of wisdom in a delightfully irreverent conversation. It’s a great work-commute listen, and is peppered with just enough F bombs to confirm you wish you were friends with these shrinks IRL.
11/10 highly recommend.
tangible tools included.
Mocking Gen Z for their anxiety and depression. You’re off my rotation. No recommendations for you.
