  • Interviews

Wow! Ur interviewing in a super noisy environment! Difficult to hear the interviews. Disappointed in the quality of recording not the content. Tried hard to listen to them all. Macklin 11 minute one was so hard to hear with all the background noise. The second half was a tiny better. Sounds like a room full of people talking at the same time. Are u listening to these b4 u post them? Trying to listen to this years roster! Go Sharks! Excited for this year’s team!!!

  • A Great Great Official Podcast

Too often I have shied away from the “official” podcasts of teams. This one is absolutely worth listening to.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The Buildup Game 66 At Edmonton
Q: What was your biggest takeaway about the lineup shakeups and the pairing of Chernyashov, Celebrini and Smith?
The hosts suggest that the pairing has the potential to be a future cornerstone for the Sharks, blending size, speed, and offensive instinct, but injuries and the dynamic of the line mean they may not get a full look this game, requiring further experimentation.
The Buildup Game 67 vs. Buffalo
Q: Dan, what's going on, man?
Dan Dunleavy responds with optimism about a rematch and reflects on Buffalo's recent form, noting the team's continued growth, the depth across youth and veteran players, and their preparation to handle a variety of opponents, including the Sharks, while emphasizing the ongoing development arc and playoff pursuit.
The Buildup Game 64 at Montreal
Q: Max, what's going on, man? How are you doing?
Miller responds with updates from Montreal and shares his take on the Sharks' signings, player development, and the trajectory of the team, emphasizing the ongoing build and the potential for future success.
Sharks Instant Replay 03/14/2026
Q: Klingberg, what a game, buddy. Just talk to me quickly about, you know, what was the key to this victory tonight?
The key was our collective focus on transition defense, forechecking pressure, and not overcommitting offensively. We stayed patient, kept our structure, and trusted our goaltender and D core to clamp down when Montreal pushed back.
The Buildup Game 63 at Boston
Q: Can you elaborate on Michael Misa's breakout and whether his journey signals a broader strategic shift for the Sharks' drafting and player development?
Daniels notes Misa's elite junior numbers, quick adaptation to higher levels, and the ability to translate that talent into NHL-level decision-making, implying the organization's development pipeline is aligning young prospects with immediate impact potential.
