  • Interviews

Wow! Ur interviewing in a super noisy environment! Difficult to hear the interviews. Disappointed in the quality of recording not the content. Tried hard to listen to them all. Macklin 11 minute one was so hard to hear with all the background noise. The second half was a tiny better. Sounds like a room full of people talking at the same time. Are u listening to these b4 u post them? Trying to listen to this years roster! Go Sharks! Excited for this year’s team!!!

  • A Great Great Official Podcast

Too often I have shied away from the “official” podcasts of teams. This one is absolutely worth listening to.

Polkamp performed solidly, adapting quickly to the new system, showing composure, intelligent positioning, and the ability to handle a variety of situations, with a clear plan for his development and room to grow.
Ryan Reaves - End of Year Media Availability

It's the turnaround, the staff and players make coming to the rink enjoyable, and the culture here is something I believed in even when I felt hated earlier in my career.
Ryan Reaves - End of Year Media Availability
Q: How did you handle the injury and the possibility of not returning?
It was a tough moment, I didn't know how my career would unfold, but the support from teammates and family kept me focused on returning and contributing if I could.

Leadership starts on the ice and in practice, with guys leading by example, and everyone buying into loving each other off the ice so it translates to how we play.

It meant a lot to get another year, to show I can contribute at the age I am, and to see a group that's coming out of a rebuild with talent, character, and a genuine sense of togetherness.
