My wife and I have been consuming as many pods about Airbnb and short-term rentals as possible over the past few months while preparing to launch our own Airbnb unit(s). Of all the pods in this space (5 or 6 come to mind), Shampoo and Booze is definitely the most entertaining, and it’s arguably also the most educational. Hey ladies! I stumbled on your podcast and love it! I have taken a lot of good nuggets from several episodes! My husband and I are building an tiny house and should be opening our doors in the spring! And this podcast has jacked me up! You both see like great people but you rarely stick to the point. Random stories about your own properties while interrupting one another makes it super hard to follow and listen to. For example, episode #38 was suppose to be about learning how to be good abnb hosts by being good abnb guests.
