The show has some great information but I can’t stand Emanuel saying the word “like” 1000 times a show. Makes it hard to listen too!!
One of my top 5 podcasts for STR industry. Always interesting guests and great advice. My only piece of constructive feedback is Mike and E say “like” way too much. I think it’s generational as I hear my kids say it in conversation. But for me it’s distracting. I do try to get past it because there is really good content. If they can work on that it will get that much better.
I’m pretty easygoing but the language one of the hosts uses is so distracting and unprofessional. I expect to hear it in the locker room but on this type of podcast. For some this may not be an issue but for me, when you couple this with already being difficult to understand, I couldn't listen long enough to soak anything up.
Arrogant and delusional. One of these guys implied they used the force to cure their sick kid. That’s when they lost me as a listener.
My very favorite STR podcast. Almost every episode I get a piece of info that I incorporate into my business. Love all of the mindset stuff that comes up every show. Thanks Mike and E.
