    This is recruiters spewing nonsense. It’s not valuable. There are plenty of jobs and they need us more then we need them. Ask for more money. That’s the key take away

    I love listening to this podcast .I really enjoy the conversations and how they and talk to professionals about cleared jobs. I’m a transitioning service member with a Clearance and this podcast has definitely helped me think about the whole process and how daunting it is. I am binge listening and loving all the helpful tips, tricks and honest upfront conversations with talent managers.
