This series is amazing! Matt Harris is a remarkable and thoughtful scholar who tackles a sensitive history with care and honesty. The series also sheds light on how things actually work within the church. This is worth every member’s, ex-member’s, and likely even never-member’s time! Mr. Harris took fifteen years writing this book and the amount of insight and information is astounding!

I love listening to Harris share his immense historical knowledge. His analysis is insightful and appeals to the history major in me. As always, Dehlin is a thoughtful host. He leads the conversation tactfully and allows his guests to shine.
