Thank you, thank you, thank you for episode 152! I found myself cheering as you laid the philosophical groundwork for your opposition to government funding for homeschool! I’ve been hesitant and leery of these “following the student” education funding bills for a long time and was raised by “scrappy” homeschooling parents of the 1980’s, so your arguments were both familiar to me and refreshing, in the current climate of all things government-funded.

The subject matter and topics are very interesting to me; however, I go back and forth on whether it’s worth a listen. The constant laughing (at things that aren’t funny) is hard on the ear, especially when there are multiple voices laughing. This sounds so silly because having fun and being jovial is a wonderful, refreshing thing, but it’s an issue of how it hits the ear through headphones and it’s super grating.
