三分鐘職場論語論語能夠流傳2500年以上，仍然受到世人的推崇，就已經是一本了不起的書籍了。而論語也是世界上最實用的書籍之一，有know how，也有how to 。讀論語不是背論語，而是要理解它的意思並且活用於生活之中。我不是專家學者，只是藉由論語分享心得。首先就運用在職場上，藉由論語與自己30多年職場的見聞經歷，做一個相互呼應，分享給現在正在打拼的職場工作者，多一個選擇與參考。希望除了經驗分享外，也能讓更多的人重拾論語，沈浸在論語的薰陶中。 Powered by Firstory Hosting

論語堯曰篇。朕躬有罪，無以萬方，萬方有罪，罪在朕躬。
商湯說：我本人若有罪或做錯事的時候，不要牽連到天下百姓；天下百姓若是有罪，那麼這個罪過也都該歸我一個人來承擔。
這句話是商湯所說的，也是日後歷代皇帝罪己詔的初始。放到現在的社會來看，就是說領導人要能認錯也要有承擔錯誤的勇氣與責任；此外若被帶領的人有做錯事情的時候，領導者不能一昧地指責在下者，反而自己要先把錯誤承擔起來，並且反省錯誤的原因究竟在哪裡。伏爾泰說：雪崩的時候，沒有一片雪花覺得要對此負有責任。尤其當自己擁有權力時，更容易顯現出自己... more
論語學而篇。子曰：學而時習之，不亦說乎？有朋自遠方來，不亦樂乎？人不知而不慍，不亦君子乎？
論語的第一篇第一章就破題告訴我們，能夠學以致用是多麽讓人喜悅的事；人生中有志同道合的朋友是多麽開心的事。既然論語是教導我們成為君子，所以若是別人不理解自己、不認識自己時卻不會因此生氣，這樣就是一位君子了。現在問問自己：這三點做到了多少呢？

論語子張篇。子夏曰：大德不踰閑；小德出入可也。
子夏說：在大的道德節操上，不能踰越界限，但是在小節上，有些出入是可以原諒的。因為無論是要求別人或者要求自己，若要做到完美無缺，不僅不現實，似乎也不怎麼可能。
我們總是嚴以待人，寬以律己。其實不論是要求自己，還是評價他人，都應該要從大處著眼，要能分辨出是非輕重，不要因為這個人犯了小節，而否定了他的貢獻。

論語季氏篇。孔子曰：君子有九思：視思明，聽思聰，色思溫，貌思恭，言思忠，事思敬，疑思問，忿思難，見得思義。
孔子說的君子要用心思慮的九件事，簡單來說就是：看清楚、聽明白、臉色溫和、態度恭敬、言語忠誠、處事謹慎、有疑惑要提問、憤怒時要想到後果、獲利要合理。現在問問自己：孔子說的君子九思做到了多少呢？

論語為政篇。子曰：君子周而不比，小人比而不周。以及衛靈公篇。君子衿而不爭，群而不黨。
孔子說：君子與人相交是會一視同仁，沒有私心與成見的。而小人與人相交，在乎的是結黨營私、臭味相投。君子之間交往，能夠相互尊重，不會勾結營私，需要捍衛道德的時候也會團結一致。而小人就不同了，專門結交與自己利益相關的人，甚至容不下不同的聲音，這類的人表面上看起來團結，其實是私下勾心鬥角，各懷鬼胎。
孔子也在衛靈公篇也提到：君子要莊重矜持而不爭執，合群而不結黨、不分派系，這都是在強調一位君子在群體中應有的態度。... more
論語里仁篇。子曰：士志於道，而恥惡衣惡食者，未足與議也。
孔子說：有一種人雖然有士大夫的身份，也有著追求仁義的志向，但是卻以吃得差、穿得差為羞恥，這種人其實是沒有立志於求道的誠心和決心的。我看不起這種人，也不願意花時間和這種人交談。
有句話說：智者為生活而吃喝，愚者為吃喝而生活。顏回居陋巷、一簞食一瓢飲而不改其樂，這是被孔子所稱讚的。真正有道的人、真正的君子，對於身外之物絕對不會放在心上的，自然不會嫌棄布衣粗食，更不會引以為恥。蘇格拉底說過：我們需要的越少，我們越近似上帝。人生中總是想要的多... more
論語里仁篇。子曰：不仁者不可以久處約，不可以長處樂。仁者安仁，知者利仁。
孔子說：一個沒有仁德的人，是不會長久處在窮困的境地；也不能長久處在安樂的境地。一個有仁德的人，無論窮困富足都能行仁德；有智慧的人都知道仁德是對人對己都有利的，所以也能行仁德。
蘇格拉底所言：快樂的秘密並不在於尋求更多想要的，而是在於培養清心寡欲的能力。既然能夠清心寡慾，無論環境是苦是樂，就都能把仁德實踐出來，過著心安理得的生活，自然就能擁有真正的快樂與幸福。
